These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and i5malaysia ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the i5malaysia website located at https://i5malaysia.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, online slots, promotional offers, and customer support functions (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and all associated Services.

These Terms apply to all users of i5malaysia regardless of location, although the Platform is primarily directed toward players based in Malaysia. • "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or incentive awarded by i5malaysia to a User, which may be subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required by i5malaysia before a User may make withdrawals, as further described in Clause 4.
• "Platform" means the i5malaysia website, mobile interface, and all associated digital infrastructure accessible at https://i5malaysia.cam.
• "Services" means all gaming, wagering, sports betting, promotional, and support services offered through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also referred to as "Rollover Requirement") means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered in eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable local laws.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means self-exclusion facilities, deposit limits, session time reminders, and related features made available by i5malaysia to support Users in managing their gambling activity.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of i5malaysia, including but not limited to acts of God, war, cyber-attacks, regulatory intervention, or failure of third-party payment infrastructure.

To register for and maintain an Account on i5malaysia, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. i5malaysia strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. This age restriction reflects international online gambling licensing standards and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly unlawful under applicable national law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of i5malaysia, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless you have obtained explicit prior written consent from i5malaysia management.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or subject to any active voluntary exclusion arrangement on the i5malaysia Platform.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on i5malaysia. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of any Bonus Funds or winnings accrued, and may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify i5malaysia of any changes promptly via our support channels.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, i5malaysia will require completion of the KYC verification process. This process requires submission of the following documentation:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document bearing your full name and registered address).
• A clear selfie photograph holding your photo identification document, taken at the time of submission.
• Where payment has been made via bank transfer, a copy of the bank statement confirming account ownership in your name.

i5malaysia typically processes KYC submissions within 24 to 48 business hours. Until KYC verification is complete, withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state. i5malaysia reserves the right to request additional documentation in cases where submitted materials are unclear, incomplete, or raise reasonable concerns regarding identity or source of funds.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use the Services exclusively for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following terms govern your permitted use of the Platform:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must keep your Account login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• i5malaysia will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. i5malaysia does not accept requests to void or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of demonstrable technical error, as determined at i5malaysia's sole reasonable discretion.
• Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live dealer outcomes. i5malaysia does not manipulate or influence game outcomes in any manner.
• i5malaysia reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and suspend or close Accounts where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, arbitrage wagering, or any other conduct intended to exploit the Platform.

i5malaysia supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of verified Malaysian payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. i5malaysia reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within approximately 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfer within 15–60 minutes. Actual processing times may be affected by third-party payment provider performance, particularly during peak periods.
• i5malaysia does not charge fees for standard withdrawal processing. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the User.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the i5malaysia Account. Any request to withdraw to an account in a third party's name will be declined.
• i5malaysia reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may require additional documentation before funds are released.
• Funds deposited into your Account may not accrue interest regardless of the duration they remain in the Account.

i5malaysia offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of offer, which form part of this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Example: a Bonus of MYR 100 with a 15x wagering requirement means you must place a total of MYR 1,500 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted wager per round or per event is typically capped at MYR 250–MYR 500, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets exceeding this cap during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Online slots typically contribute 100%; live table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The specific contribution schedule is detailed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them must be used within the validity window specified in the applicable promotion, which is typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from activation. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Account without further notice.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each User is eligible to claim each promotion only once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through the use of duplicate Accounts, shared IP addresses, or shared devices will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Abuse and Irregular Play: i5malaysia reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus Funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion has been claimed through abuse, exploitation, matched betting, bonus scalping, or any other activity that i5malaysia determines in good faith to be contrary to the spirit of the offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the i5malaysia Platform and will constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage of Account use.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent for third parties, pooling funds on behalf of others, or operating as an informal bookmaker using i5malaysia odds.
• Colluding with other Users, using bots or automated software, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or engaging in any conduct that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access any part of the Platform's source code, security systems, or back-end infrastructure.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening conduct toward i5malaysia staff, agents, or other Users.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions processed on the Platform with your payment provider without first raising the matter with i5malaysia support.

Any breach of this Clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including real money balance, Bonus Funds, and pending winnings), and referral of relevant information to appropriate law enforcement authorities where required by law.

All content displayed on the i5malaysia Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of i5malaysia or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from i5malaysia.
• Use the i5malaysia brand name, logo, or associated trademarks for any commercial purpose, including affiliate marketing, without a signed written agreement with i5malaysia.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or software.
• Frame or embed any part of the Platform within a third-party website or application without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i5malaysia, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While i5malaysia invests significantly in platform stability and uptime, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Scheduled maintenance periods and unforeseen outages may occur; i5malaysia will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

In no event shall i5malaysia's aggregate liability to any User for claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

i5malaysia is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be used as a means to address financial difficulties or to recover previous losses.

The minimum age for use of the Platform is 21 years. i5malaysia employs age verification measures and takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.

i5malaysia makes available the following Responsible Gambling Tools to all Users upon request:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure in-session alerts to track time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary restriction on their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

i5malaysia reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or KYC non-compliance is suspected or confirmed.
• The Account has been inactive (no login or financial transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Required by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.
• There is a technical issue, security concern, or dispute under active investigation.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, i5malaysia will endeavour to return any remaining real-money balance to the User via the original deposit method, subject to applicable verification requirements and deduction of any applicable fees. Bonus Funds will not be returned.

Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or at the support email address below. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which i5malaysia is incorporated and licensed for international operations.

In the event of a dispute between you and i5malaysia, you agree to first contact our support team in good faith to seek resolution informally. The majority of disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication with our customer support team, which is available 24/7 via live chat and at our support email address.

If informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts designated by i5malaysia's licensing authority. Nothing in this Clause prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief as may be necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

i5malaysia reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, i5malaysia will publish the updated version on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and may additionally notify Users via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version in effect. i5malaysia recommends checking this page whenever you access the Platform if you have not visited recently.
